摘要
以某流通风机叶片为研究对象,利用计算流体力学软件CFX,采用标准k—ε湍流模型对风机的三维流场进行数值模拟。在假定数值模拟的准确的前提下,利用结构动力学软件ANSYS中的MFX耦合模块对风机叶片进行流固耦合分析,讨论了标准风量下风机运行时叶片的安全性,为风机的设计提供有利的参考。
In this text , we take one fan blade as research object , making simulation on fan's three-dimen- sional flow field withκ-εstandard model by CFX software. On the assumption that the precise premise of the numerical simulation, by using the MFX coupling module of structural dynamics software - ANSYS, we made fluid-solid coupling analysis on fan blade, the aerodynamic forces and dynamic characteristics of the blade is analyzed, the design of fan provided a favorable reference to the fan impeller design study based on numerical simulation.
