孟鲁司特治疗COPD急性加重期的临床观察

Clinical effect of montelukast in treating acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的观察孟鲁司特治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的疗效。方法将40例慢性阻塞性肺病患者随机分为2组各20例,对照组给予支气管扩张剂,抗生素和氧疗常规治疗,治疗组常规治疗基础上加用孟鲁司特片口服。结果经过2周的治疗,患者的临床症状、肺功能、血气指标均有明显改善,治疗组和对照组有显著差异。结论孟鲁司特治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的疗效较好,具有良好的依从性和安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect montelukast in treating acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 40 patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The both groups were treated with conventional treatment while treatment group were added montelukast.Results After two weeks treatmengt,the clinical symptom of patients,the pulmonary function and the arterial blood gas were significantly improved.Conclusion Montelukast in treating acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is effecitve,have good compliance and security,is worthy for being widely used in clinical application.
