摘要
标图系统以GIS作为底图支撑应用较为广泛,但GIS底层开发比较复杂,编程初学者不易上手。从图形应用系统的基本原理出发,以简单的图片处理代替复杂的图形应用,设计和实现了一个既有图形处理功能又有标绘功能的教学实践程序。
the Plotting System is generally GIS supported Application,but GIS is complex. The programming beginner can not easily catch it. From the simple principle of graphic Application System, this article designed a didactical program which it could simply adjust graphs and plot.
