企业信息化建设中,普遍面临应用系统整合问题。依据信息工程理论,立足从根本上避免信息孤岛的形成,结合工作实践,从信息总体规划、应用系统功能定位和信息化建设策略等方面,提出了自己的观点。

In the process of enterprise informatization construction, the general problem is the integration of the application system. In this article, on the basis of information engineering theory, fundamental avoidance of the formation of the information island and the author＇s working experience, the author puts forward his own views on the general information planning, orientation of application system function and strategies of informatization construction.
