摘要
通过考察城市落户的相关政策法规建立了城市落户条件评价体系,采用主成分投影评价模型对全国46个样本城市的落户条件进行排序和聚类。城市落户条件的高低设置存在着明显的区域差异。从人口迁移的地带分布、省际差异、人口迁移吸引中心的分布和经济发展平等方面阐释城市落户门槛的区域分布特征,为国家制定差异化的城市户籍改革制度提供决策参考依据。
