磺化异麦芽寡聚糖对肝癌细胞增殖、细胞周期和凋亡的影响

摘要 目的:探讨磺化异麦芽寡聚糖(isomalto oligosaccharide sulfate,IMOS)对肝癌细胞增殖、细胞周期和细胞凋亡的影响。方法:分别采用细胞计数、荧光面积和流式细胞仪评价IMOS对肝癌细胞增殖、细胞周期和细胞凋亡的影响。结果:在体外,IMOS能显著抑制HCCLM3、HepG2、Be-l7402和HCCLM3-RFP细胞的增殖并诱导细胞凋亡。结论:IMOS是一种潜在的抗肝癌药物,可在人肝癌裸鼠移植模型中进一步开展抗肝癌疗效的评价。 Objective:We explored the effects of isomalto oligosaccharide sulfate(IMOS) on cell proliferation,cell cycle and apoptosis in HCC cell lines.Methods:The effects of IMOS on HCC proliferation,cell cycle and apoptosis were assessed by cell counting,fluorescent area and flow cytometry,respectively.Results: IMOS markedly inhibited cell proliferation and induced cell apoptosis of HCCLM3,HepG2,Bel-7402 and HCCLM3-RFP cells in vitro.Conclusions: IMOS is a potential anti-HCC candidate and worth studying further in xenograft nude mice models in vivo.
