季德胜蛇药对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:研究季德胜蛇药对小鼠细胞免疫功能的调节作用。方法:48只BALB-c小鼠随机分为4组,每组各12只,分别为对照组、环磷酰胺模型组、治疗1组、治疗2组。除对照组外各组小鼠均予以环磷酰胺30mg/kg皮下注射,连续7d制备免疫功能低下模型,第8天开始各组均灌胃给药,2次/d,连续14d,治疗组分别给予相应剂量的季德胜蛇药治疗,正常对照组和环磷酰胺模型组给予同体积的0.9%氯化钠液。用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)比色法检测自然杀伤细胞(NK)的活性;用酶联免疫吸附分析(ELISA)法检测细胞因子白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)和γ干扰素(IFN-γ)的浓度。结果:季德胜蛇药治疗组小鼠的NK细胞杀伤活性较模型组显著增高。与模型组比较,治疗组小鼠血清IL-2、IFN-γ水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:季德胜蛇药可提高免疫抑制小鼠的细胞免疫功能。 Objective:To study the regulatory effects of Jidesheng Sheyao tablets(JDS),a Chinese tradilional medicine,on cellular immune function of mice.Methods: Forty-eight BALB-c mice were randomly divided into four groups(12 mice in each group): the normal control group,the model group,treatment group 1 and treatment group 2.All experimental mice except those of the normal control group were administered with the Cyclophosphmide(CTX)(30 mg/kg,iH)for seven days.From the eighth day,JDS were given by intragastric gavage in every group twice every day,for lasting fourteen days.The normal control group and the model group were given the same volume of normal saline,the mice of the other experimental groups were respectively treated with corresponding drug.All animals were all picked eyeball to obtain blood,separation of serum,sterile separation of mouse spleen T lymphocytes;MTT assay was used for determination of NK cell activity;serum interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin-2(IL-2) interleukin-4(IL-4) concentration were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results: The treatment group for NK cell killing activity was higher than the model group;treatment group in secretion of cytokines IL-2,IFN-γ levels in serum were significantly higher than those in model group.Conclusions: JDS sheyao tablet can increase the cell immune functions in immune-suppressed mice.
