摘要
目的:探讨高效孕激素治疗对子宫内膜不典型增生的疗效及作用机制。方法:对98例年龄为26～39岁的子宫内膜不同程度不典型增生患者采用高效孕激素治疗并对其治疗效果进行比较。结果:接受孕激素治疗后,不同程度增生患者的治疗效果有明显的差异性(P<0.05)。结论:对于年龄<40岁要求保留子宫以及保留生育功能的不典型增生患者采用高效孕激素治疗可取得良好的疗效。
Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of high effective progesterone on endometrial atypical hyperplasia. Methods：The 98 patients of 26~39 year-old with atypical endometrial hyperplasia were treated by using high effective progesterone and the therapeutic effect were compared.Results：After 95 atypical endometrial hyperplasia received high effective progesterone treatment,the therapeutic effect in different atypical endometrial hyperplasia there was significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：younger than 40 to retain the uterus and to retain reproductive function in patients with atypical hyperplasia efficient use of progesterone therapy can achieve good results.
