辅助生殖门诊患者泌尿生殖道支原体感染情况及耐药性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解辅助生殖门诊患者支原体感染及耐药情况,为临床治疗提供合理、科学的抗生素用药依据。方法:应用支原体培养鉴定药敏试剂盒检测女性宫颈分泌物和男性精液标本支原体的感染情况,并检测其对抗生素的药敏情况。结果:观察组女性解脲支原体阳性率为48.10%,人型支原体阳性率为4.18%,合并感染为10.84%:男性解脲支原体阳性率为21.70%,人型支原体阳性率为2.11%,合并感染率为7.41%;观察组女性与男性之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组中解脲支原体阳性率为8.5%,人型支原体阳性率为1.5%,合并感染率为1.5%;观察组女性与对照组女性之间差异亦存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泌尿生殖道支原体感染与不孕不育有一定相关性,应重视其耐药性,在治疗上宜选用敏感性较高的强力霉素、美满霉素、交沙霉素、克拉霉素。
