摘要
本文论述了一种新的用于电视发射机和差转机中的高线性大输出的静电感应晶体管(SIT)上变频器。这种变频器输出功率可达5～10mW,净增益3～5dB,三音互调失真小于-66dB,微分增益失真小于2%。对于差转机来说,这是一种理想的部件。
A new type of static induction transistor (SIT) up converterwith high linearity and large output for use in TV Transmitters and trans-lators is introduced. The output of the up converter reaches 5～10mW, netgain 3～5dB, triple intermodulation distortion less than -66dB and distortionof differential gain less than2%. It is therefore an ideal part to be used in TVtranslator.
