摘要
通过研究低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)装置的反应工艺条件与产品物性的关系,确定了吹塑薄膜用LDPELD608树脂的生产工艺条件和质量指标通过控制开口剂母粒的质量波动、改造第五反应区引发剂泵、减少系统中凝胶的形成,保证了产品质量稳定。工业化试生产的产品性能测试及应用表明.薄膜的雾度、冲击强度和抗撕裂性能优于国内同类产品。
The production process conditions and quality specifications of low density polyethylene(LDPE) LD608 for blown films were determined by studying the relation between the process conditions of the LDPE plant and the physical properties of LDPE products. The stability of product quality was ensured through controlling the quality fluctuation of master batches with anti-blocking agents, improving the initiator pump of the fifth reaction zone and lessening gels formed in the system. The property test and application of the resin from the trial industrial production show that the haze, impact strength and tear resistance of the films made of the resin are superior to those of the domestic films of the same kind.
