摘要
在采用Innovene气相法聚丙烯(PP)装置生产管材专用树脂PP B8101的过程中,因反应釜端板设计缺陷、温度波动产生局部过热和产品特性等,生产中出现连续生产周期短、负荷低、粉料易结块等问题。通过改造端板、串级控制反应釜温度和降低反应釜设定温度等措施解决了问题,使装置生产管材专用树脂PP B8101时的负荷和连续生产能力大幅提高。
The production of polypropylene(PP) special resin for pipes, PP B8101, via Innovene gasphase process suffered such disadvantages as short continuous production cycle, relatively low production load and agglomeration tendency due to the design defect of floating end-plate of the reactor and local overheated spots caused by temperature fluctuation as well as the characters of different products. These problems were solved through innovation of the floating end-plate, cascade control of the reactor temperature and lowering temperature setting of the reactor. As a result, the production load and continuous production capacity of the plant increased greatly.
