摘要 研究了超细粉末羧基丁苯橡胶(UFPR)对聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)合金机械性能的影响。结果表明:随着UFPR用量的增加,PC/ABS合金的拉伸强度、弯曲强度有所降低,断裂伸长率明显提高,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度先升高后明显降低。当UFPR用量为0.5~2.0 phr时,PC/ABS合金悬臂梁缺口冲击强度明显提高,增韧效果最好。扫描电子显微镜观察发现,加入UFPR后,合金微观界面分层和界面裂纹现象部有显著改善,表明UFPR对PC/ABS合金有着较好的增容作用。 The authors studied the influence of ultra-fine full-vulcanized carboxylated styrene butadiene powdered rubber(UFPR) on the mechanical properties of polycarbonate(PC)/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene terpolymer(ABS) alloy. The results show that as the UFPR dosage rises, the alloy's tensile strength and flexural strength decrease to some extent, its elongation at break increases remarkably and its notched Izod impact strength rises firstly and then lowers dramatically. When the UFPR dosage is in the range of 0.5-2.0 phr, the notched Izod impact strength of the PC/ABS alloy increases significantly, reaching the optimum toughening effect. The observation under scanning electron microscope(SEM) reveals that the micro interface delamination and the interface crack of the PC/ABS alloy are alleviated greatly due to the addition of UFPR, indicating that UFPR plays a good role of compatibilization in the PC/ABS alloy.
