摘要
采用熔融共混挤出的方法制备了聚丙烯(PP)/废旧三元乙丙橡胶(WEPDM)粉/空心玻璃微珠(HGB)复合材料,研究了w(WEPDM)和w(HGB)对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:w(WEPDM)为20%时,PP/WEPDM复合材料拉伸强度最大;WEPDM粉的加入可提高复合材料冲击强度,但会降低其弯曲应力;w(WEPDM)为20%,w(HGB)为5%时,PP/WEPDM/HGB复合材料综合力学性能最佳。
Polypropylene(PP) composites filled with waste ethylene-propylene-diene monomer powder (WEPDM) and hollow glass beads(HGB) were prepared via melt coextrusion. The effects of mass contents of WEPDM and HGB on mechanical properties of the PP composites were studied. The results show that the tensile strength of the PP/WEPDM composite reaches its maximum value when the mass content of WEPDM is 20%. Adding WEPDM can improve impact strength but reduce flexural strength of the PP/WEPDM composite. The PP/WEPDM/HGB composite attains its optimum comprehensive mechanical properties in the case of setting mass contents of WEPDM and HGB at 20% and 5%, respectively.
