摘要
机械式自动变速箱(AMT)换档液压缸的动态特性直接影响AMT系统的换档动作和换档同步环的寿命。本文结合换档液压缸在AMT系统中的应用示例,在分析了换档液压缸的结构特点的基础上,推导并建立了换档液压缸的动态数学模型,然后通过MATLAB/Simulink的建模,仿真分析了换档液压缸的动态特性,为AMT系统的设计提供了依据。
The dynamic performance of gear cylinder for automatic manual transmission(AMT) is severely affected the acting of gear and the life-span of the synchronizer.Base on the use of gear cylinder in automatic manual transmission(AMT) system,the architecture of the gear cylinder was analyzed and the mathematical model was built.The numeric simulation of the gear cylinder was made base on the Simulink.The dynamic performance of gear cylinder for automatic manual transmission(AMT) could be reference for the design of AMT system.
