摘要
本文以某型号的多路阀出口两种相同结构尺寸但节流口形状不同的压力补偿阀为分析对象,分析随着补偿阀阀芯位移的变化,两种类型压力补偿阀进出口的压差及流量的变化规律,并运用Matlab编程得出相关特性曲线,通过对比研究组合式压力补偿阀的流量-压力特性,为多路阀中压力补偿阀的设计提供一定理论指导。
This thesis use a model of two multiple unit valve outlet pressure compensation valve which have the same structure and size but different orifice shape as research object,analysis along with spool displacement＇s changes,the variation of the import and export pressure and the flow,and obtains the related characteristic curve by using the Matlab programming.By comparison,research the combined type pressure compensation valve＇s flow-pressure characteristic,it provides certain theory instruction for multitandem valve outlet pressure compensation valve＇s design.
