摘要
研究和开发通用化的液压系统动态性能试验台,在液压系统设计、分析和改进中具有十分重要的价值。以实际液压系统动态性能试验测试平台为研究对象,采用EASY5软件对系统中的关键元件进行精确建模,并完成系统的仿真模型的搭建。对系统进行仿真分析,并与实验测试数据进行对比分析,从而证明仿真模型的正确性。
Researching and developing universal dynamic test platform of hydraulic system can play an important role in designing、analyzing and improving of hydraulic system.In this paper,dynamic simulation of hydraulic system is studied with the use of the EASY5 software on the background of the actual dynamic platform of hydraulic system.In the software,we build precise model of the key component of the practical system,and complete to build the whole system model.Then,conducting the system simulation analysis and,compared with the experimental test data analysis,thus proofing the simulation model is correct.
