A Survey of Knowledge of Adverse Drug Reactions Among Nursing Staff

目的:了解护理人员药品不良反应(ADR)认知程度,以便进一步加强ADR监测工作。方法:采用自编问卷调查的方式,调查护理人员对ADR概念、相关知识、报告意识等的认知情况。结果:共调查100人,实际回收有效问卷91份,有效应答率为91.0%。部分护理人员对ADR相关知识、报告程序等不清楚。结论:有必要对护理人员进行长期的ADR专业知识的宣传和培训,以提高其对ADR知识的整体认知,提高ADR监测水平,促进临床安全、合理用药。

Objective：To investigate the knowledge of adverse drug reactions （ADR） in order to strengthen the work of monitoring ADRs. Method： Questionnaires were filled out to investigate the nursing staff＇ s knowledge about ADR＇ s conception, relevant information and recorded consciousness, etc. Result：91 questionnaires of 100 were recovered, and part of the nursing staff there had some questions in relevant ADR knowledge and report process. Conclusion： It is necessary to carry out long-term training and education to the nursing staff about ADR knowledge to advance their monitoring level of ADRs and promote rational and safe clinical drug use.
