医疗机构消毒产品管理现状调查

INVESTIGATION ON MANAGEMENT STATUS OF DISINFECTION PRODUCTS IN MEDICAL INSTITUTES

目的了解本市医疗机构使用中消毒产品和一次性使用医疗用品的使用和管理现状。方法随机抽样部分医疗机构,通过现场查看和审核,调查了解了不同级别医疗机构所使用的消毒器械、消毒剂和一次性使用医疗用品的管理情况。结果该市辖区内二、三级医院消毒产品索证齐全合格率为90.23%,县市及其以下医疗机构做到索证齐全的单位只有20.18%;医疗机构级别越低,索证合格率越低。二级以上医疗机构人员消毒剂使用方法基本正确,合格率达到100%;除基层诊所之外,其他级别医疗机构使用正确率也达到95%以上。结论廊坊地区医疗机构对消毒产品管理有待加强,基层医疗机构对产品索证和检查验收达标率较低,存在安全隐患,应加强监督管理。

Objective To know the usage and management status of disinfection products in using and onetime used medical products in medical institution in our city. Methods Random sampling of the medical institutions was used to in- vestigate the management of using disinfection equipment, disinfectants and disposable medical supplies of the different lev- els of medical institutions. Results The jurisdiction rate of disinfection and complete product cable card in second and three degree hospital was 90.23% , and it was only 20. 18% in county and lower level medical institutions. The low was the level of medical institutions, the lower was the forensics rate. The usage of the disinfectant was all correct in medical in- stitutions above secondary- level, and the qualified rate was 100%. The correct rate was more than 95% in the other level medical institutions except primary c]inics. Conclusion Disinfection products management in medical institutions in Lang- fang area should be strengthened. Primary health care sector on the forensics and compliance check acceptance rate was low, which should be strengthen the supervision and management.
