北京某城区托幼机构消毒质量调查

INVESTIGATION ON DISINFECTION QUALITY OF NURSERIES AND KINDERGARTENS INSTITUTES IN A DISTRICT OF BEIJING

目的了解北京市朝阳区托幼机构卫生消毒质量状况,加强托幼机构卫生管理。方法采用现场抽检方法,对该区所有规模幼儿园室内空气、物体表面和手卫生状况进行监测。结果经2005-2009连续5年对该区托幼机构各种监测对象采集检样4 463件,消毒效果平均合格率为91.82%。托幼机构室内空气、物体表面、工作人员手卫生质量平均合格率依次为96.35%、87.36%、75.96%;餐饮具消毒效果平均合格率为95.93%。结论该区托幼机构日常卫生消毒总体质量较好,但工作人员手卫生质量明显偏低,应作为重点对象加强监督管理。

Objective To know the disinfection quality of nurseries and kindergartens institutes of Beijing Chaoyang Dis- trict, and to strengthen the sanitation management. Methods On - the - spot sampling investigation method was used to monitor the disinfection quality of indoor air, surfaces of objects and staff hands in nurseries and kindergartens institutes of the district. Results From 2005 to 2009, 4 463 samples of nurseries and kindergartens institutes in the district were col- lected. The total pass rate of disinfection monitoring was 91.82%, and that of indoor air, surfaces of objects and staff hands was 96.35% , 87.36% and 75.96% respectively. The total pass rate of tableware was 95.93%. Conclusion The daily sanitation and disinfection of nurseries and kindergartens institutes in the district is good. However, the disinfection quality of staff hands is more lower than others, which need for further supervision and management.
