摘要
针对生物制药生产工艺过程中的温度测量及控制,本文介绍一种适用于生物制药生产工艺过程中的温度测量及控制系统。该系统采用一线总线制的集成温度变送,嵌入式微电脑、锂电池(或硅光电池)及蓝牙无线发送器构成的多点无线测温发送器和带蓝牙无线接收器、嵌入式微电脑和数码显示器的无线测温接收器两部分组成。无线测温接收器还具有现场总线功能,能方便的实现智能网络测温、控温系统。
For the temperature measurement and control during biopharmaceutical production process, this article introduces a kind of temperature measurement and control system which is suitable for the biopharmaceutical production process. The system includes of two parts: the first part is multi-point wireless temperature transmitter, which consists of integrated temperature transmitter, embedded microcomputer, lithium battery (or silicon cell) and bluetooth wireless transmitter; the second part is wireless temperature measurement receiver, which consists of bluetooth wireless receiver, embedded micro-computer and digital display. The wireless temperature measurement receiver also has can-bus function, which helps to realize the intellectualization of temperature measurement and control system.
