摘要
为了将排水管道内超声检测数据以直观的图像形式表现出来,从而全面表征管道内部状况,研究了排水管道内超声检测成像方法、超声检测数据结构和图像构成方法.采用单探头旋转反射镜超声检测管道内部成像的方法,利用Microsoft Visual C++6.0可视化编程软件和OpenGL三维图形标准编写成像软件程序,根据检测数据进行管道内部二维横截面成像和三维内表面成像.实验结果表明,该成像方法绘制的排水管道二维横截面图像和三维内表面图像能够判别管道淤积位置等故障.
In order to exhibit the ultrasonic detection data inside drain pipes in a visual image form and characterize comprehensively the internal states of the pipes, the ultrasonic detection imaging method, ultrasonic detection data structure and image composition method inside drain pipes were researched. The ultrasonic detection imaging method based on the single probe rotating reflector for drain pipes was adopted. The imaging software program was compiled by using the Microsoft Visual C ++6. 0 visualization programming software and OpenGL three-dimensional graphics standard. The two-dimensional cross sectional imaging and three-dimensional internal surface imaging of the pipes were implemented based on the detection data. The experimental results show that the two-dimensional cross sectional images and three-dimensional internal surface images drawn with the present imaging method for drain pipes can judge such defects as the mud accumulation position inside drain pipes.
