An Exploration of the School Districts Cluster Management Mode

义务教育均衡发展是国际教育发展的新趋势,而基于资源的学区集群管理模式则是我国众多地区促进义务教育均衡发展的途径之一。本文以资源管理为逻辑起点,从学区集群管理模式的内涵与特点、操作和优势与不足三方面来探讨促进义务教育均衡发展的途径。

The Balanced Development of international education, and the school districts Compulsory Education is the new trend of the cluster management mode which is base on the resources in one of the ways promotes the Balanced Development of Compulsory Education in many areas in China. Resources management as a starting point of this thesis, and then the author talk about the ways to promote the Balanced Development of Compulsory Education from three factors： the connotation and characteristics of the school districts cluster management mode, the operation and advantage of the school districts cluster management mode, and the insufficient of it.
