摘要 教师团队强调教师之间的合作与互动,但竞争造成人与人之间消极的互依关系,消极的互依关系导致彼此对立性的互动。合作学习能够发展整体搭配能力,优化教师团队,提升教师团队整体实力。通过树立共同愿景、形成合作学习制度、建立激励性评估系统、创造支持与挑战的环境等,提高教师团队合作学习成效,促进教师团队成长和教师专业发展。 Team of teachers emphasize cooperation and interaction between teachers, but the competition between people caused by the interaction between negative, negative interdependence between the interaction of lead against each other. The overall development of cooperative learning with the ability to optimize the teams of teachers, enhance the overall strength of the team of teachers. By creating a common vision to form a cooperative learning system, assessment system, the incentive to create support and challenging environment, which enhances the effectiveness of cooperative learning teams of teachers, and promote teacher growth and professional development team.
