摘要
在文化多元、价值冲突的背景下,学校道德教育面临诸多困境:道德相对主义导致学生的价值迷失,多元文化与多元价值使学校道德教育标准复杂化,社会道德整合度的降低导致道德教育的失效。道德教育生态观的建构,体现了道德规律和教育规律的一致性,凸显了道德教育的合理价值定位,为超越德育困境提供了重要的价值理念。在德育生态观的指引下,学校道德教育以建构德育主体人格、引导德育回归生活、促进德育与社会融合等核心价值选择,使道德教育发挥真正的文化效力。
Under the background of cultural diversity and value conflicts,moral education is facing many difficulties,such as students' value lost because of moral relativism,moral education standards' complex as a result of value multiculturalism,and the failure of moral education caused by the reduction of moral integration.Ecological view of moral education reflects the consistency of moral and education,and highlights the rationality of moral education,providing important values for overcoming the moral education dilemma.Under the guidance of ecology of moral education,school moral education will promote the cultural effects by constructing the main moral character,guiding moral education returning to life,and integrating moral education and the society.
