创新城市住房保障体系的研究与实践——以杭州市为例

Studies and Practice on Innovating Urban Housing Security System:Taking Hangzhou as an Example

加强住房保障体系建设,对于改善人居条件、促进社会和谐,具有十分重要的现实意义。杭州市经过多年的探索与实践,基本建立起具有本地特色的以"六房并举"为主的住房保障体系,并取得实效。基于杭州的探索与实践,就进一步创新住房保障体系进行研究,以期对其他城市建设和完善住房保障体系提供借鉴。

Strengthening the housing security system has great practical significance for improving the living conditions and promoting social harmony.Through several years exploration and practice,Hangzhou has set up a housing security system with local features based mainly on six types houses,and achieves actual effect.Based on this,the paper studies on the further innovation of urban housing security system,and provides reference for other cities on constructing and perfecting housing security system.
