摘要
目的:建立结肠炎奇效颗粒中京尼平苷酸的HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Kromasil C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(10:90)为流动相,检测波长为254 nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1 ml·min^(-1)。结果:京尼平苷酸在0.306～3.666μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为r=0.9991,平均回收率为100.0%,RSD=1.91%(n=6)。结论:方法简便,结果准确,可用于结肠炎奇效颗粒的质量控制。
Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of geniposidic acid in Jiechangyan Qixiao granules. Method： The Kromasil C18 column（250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was methanol-1% HAC （ 10： 90）. The flow rate was 1 ml. min^-1. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. The column temperature was set at 30 ℃. Result： The linear range of geniposidie acid was 0. 306-3. 666 μg（ r = 0. 999 1 ）. The average recovery was 100. 0% with RSD of 1.91% （ n = 6）. Conclusion ： The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Jiechangyan Qixiao granules.
