Study on Direct Powder Compression Process of Angong Niuhuang Tablets

目的:优选安宫牛黄片粉末直接压片法最佳制备工艺。方法:采用全粉末直接压片法,以粉末流动性和有效成分溶出度为评价指标选择最优处方并验证。通过稳定性试验,对安宫牛黄片的性状、含量、溶出度进行考察。结果:所选处方粉末流动性好,有效成分溶出速率高,各项指标均符合规定,稳定性良好。结论:该工艺简便、易行,可为工业化生产提供依据。

Objective： To optimize the preparation process of Angong Niuhuang tablets by direct powder compression. Method： Angong Niuhuang tablets were prepared by direct powder compression. The influencing factors in the formulation of the tablets were optimized with powder fluidity and drug dissolution as the indicators. Stability of the tablets was evaluated with appearance, content and dissolution as the testing indices. Result： The selected formulation had promising powder fluidity and dissolution rate with good stability. The quality of the tablets was accorded with the relative requirements. Conclusion ： The manufacturing process of Angong Niuhuang tablets is simple and convenient, and lays the basis for the industrial production.
