摘要
目的:观察五苓散对代谢综合征(MS)患者脂肪细胞因子瘦素(LEP)、脂联素(APN)等的影响。方法:64例患者随机分为观察组(五苓散)及对照组(基础治疗),比较用药前、用药12周患者的LEP、APN、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、腰围、体质量、空腹血糖(FPG)、血脂等指标。结果:两组治疗后LEP、体质量、腰围、hs-CRP、三酰甘油(TG)、FPG均明显降低,APN、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-c)明显增高(P<0.01或0.05)。治疗后两组间LEP、APN、体质量、腰围、FPG等均差异显著(P<0.01),腰围变化与APN呈负相关性,r=-0.244(P<0.01);而hs-CRP及血脂差异无统计学意义结论:经方五苓散可有效改善代谢综合征患者的临床体征、血糖水平,能明显改善瘦素抵抗、低脂联素水平。
Objective: To study the efficacy of Wuling powder in the treatment of metabolic syndrome and effects on adiponectin and leptin. Method: 64 patients were randomly divided into test group (treated by Wuling powder) and control group (treated by basic therapy ). The indicators including leptin, adiponectin, hs-CRP, weight ,waist line, FPG, Hbal c and lipid were compared before and after 12 weeks of the treatment. Result: The two groups both showed significant decrease of leptin, hs-CRP,weight, waist line, FPG and TG, while significant increase of HDL-c and adiponectin (P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ). There were notable differences in leptin, adiponectin, weight,waist line and FPG between the two groups (P 〈 0. 01 ) while Hs-CRP and lipid had no statistical differences. The change of waist line showed negative correlation with adiponectin with the correlation coefficient of-0. 244 (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: Wuling powder can improve clinical signs and disorder of glucose in the patients with metabolic syndrome by significantly affecting the levels of leptin and adiponectin.
