摘要
以氨基硫脲和乙二醛为原料合成了乙二醛双缩氨基硫脲及其与Mn(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Sr(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)的金属配合物,通过核磁共振氢谱,红外光谱对配体和配合物进行表征,并测定了配体和配合物的生物活性。
Glyoxal-bis-thiosemicarbazone and its metal complexes of Mn, Co, Ni, Sr, Zn, Cu were synthesizedusing thiosemicarbazide and glyoxal as starting materials. Ligand and corresponding metal complexes are characterized through Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Hydrogen Spectrum and Infrared Spectrum, then their antibacterial activity are determined.
