摘要
预防油井出砂是保证油井正常生产的一项重要措施,出砂严重时会堵塞油流通道,损害抽油设备。早期的筛管防砂设备是从外部阻挡砂子进入管内从而起到防砂的作用,但是,由于内外产生的压力差容易使管壁变形,滤砂孔变小,最终造成油井抽空停产,具有一定的局限性。设计的内置式新型防砂管是在内衬油管上开一些缝隙,使油流通过,同时阻止一定直径的砂粒进入泵筒,这样既可以预防砂粒磨损泵和卡泵又可以起到防砂作用。内置式新型防砂管以其工艺简单,防砂效果显著,有效时间长,在出砂严重的油层具有较好的应用潜力。
An important measure is prevented sand flowing into well pipe for ensure conventional developmentsince flooding sand will block penetrating channel and damage equipment. Early screen sand control equipment has some effect through screen preventing sand flowing into oil pipe, but there is some disadvantage since unbalanced pressure will result in oil pipe distortion and blocking penetrating channel even stop routine. A new buih-in sand preventive pipe is presented which has some gaps at the oil inter-pipe. These gaps not only prevent sand flowing into pump but also protect pump against wearing. This new built-in sand preventive pipe has a good prospect of its application in sandy well with simple technology and effective sand control
