进口转基因玉米品系特异性检测 被引量:5

摘要 从文献、网站和数据库中收集了14个转基因玉米品系特异性定量检测方法,将这些方法应用于从美国进口的近60万t转基因玉米的检测,检出了国家批准的11个转基因品系,还在全国首次从大宗原粮中检出国家未批准转基因玉米品系MON89034。这为转基因玉米品系特异性检测标准的制定打下了基础。 In this paper, 14 event -specific quantitative detection methods were collected from relative references, websites and databases, and were applied in the GMO detection of the 600 thousand tons of U. Sun - proceeded bulk corns. As a result, 11 GM corn events that were allowed for import were identified, and for the first time in our country the unauthorized event, named MON89034, was intercepted from un -proceeded bulk grain. A sound foundation for the establishment of the event - specific detection standard for GM corn was laid.
