摘要
本文主要对如何降低ECF漂白的二氧化氯用量进行了探讨,以欧美杨AS-AQ浆为研究对象,采取分次添加ClO2,在低卡伯因子下进行漂白,取消段间洗涤,添加H2O2助剂等方法。研究结果发现,在D0段分成三次添加ClO2,纸浆的白度增加1%~2%ISO;取消段间洗涤的(D0E1)D1E2D2和(D0E1)(D1E2)D2与传统D0E1D1E2D2比较,可以节约二氧化氯用量0.2%~0.4%;而(D0E1)(D1E2)(D2E3)D3取消段间洗涤且分次添加ClO2,节约用氯量达0.9%;添加H2O2强化的碱抽提(D0RE1P)(D1E2P)(D2E3P)D3不仅节约用氯量达到1.2%之多,还提高了纸浆的白度和黏度;H2O2作为助剂与ClO2反应,添加0.4%~0.6%的H2O2,可节约0.2%的二氧化氯用量。
The paper mainly discusses how to make a decrease of chlorine dioxide usage in ECF bleaching of AS-AQ pulp of Populus×Euramericana.The measures to reduce chlorine dioxide usage,include addition of ClO2 at lower Kappa factor,eliminating the washing step between D and E stages,adding H2O2 to E stage.It is shown that compared with the D0E1D1E2D2,the total chlorine dioxide usage can be saved by 0.2%~0.4% with the(D0E1)D1E2D2 and the(D0E1)(D1E2)D2,and can be saved by 0.9% with the(D0E1)(D1E2)(D2E3)D3.Furthermore,with strategy of the(D0RE1P)(D1E2P)(D2E3P)D3,the total chlorine dioxide usage can be saved by 1.2% while increasing brightness and viscosity of the pulp.Moreover,H2O2 can react with ClO2 as bleaching assistant.0.4%~0.6% H2O2 is used to reduce 0.2% chlorine dioxide.
