硫酸铝与淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺联合絮凝E段漂白废水的研究Ⅱ

摘要 采用硫酸铝、淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺(GCAM)对E段漂白废水进行联合絮凝,实验结果表明:Al2(SO4)3配合GCAM处理E段漂白废水的最佳反应条件为:pH=8.5,Al2(SO4)3投加量为1.2g/L,GCAM投加量为32mg/L,且先投加Al2(SO4)3后投加GCAM,在此条件下,浊度、CODCr、SS、色度的去除率分别为97.6%、78.1%、96.8%和92.0%。能够去除E段漂白废水中的酚类及脂肪醚类物质,苯酚等几种物质的去除率超过90%。 The E stage bleaching effluent was flocculated by Al2(SO4)3-GCAM.The experimental results show that the best reaction conditions of Al2(SO4)3-GCAM for the E stage bleaching effluent treatment are: oxidation pH of 8.5,an Al2(SO4)3 dosage of 1.2g/L,an GCAM dosage of 32mg/L.And Al2(SO4)3 is used before GCAM in the process.Under the conditions,the removal rates of turbidity,CODCr,SS and colority are 97.64%、78.05%、96.78% and 92%,respectively.Al2(SO4)3-GCAM flocculation can remove phenols and fatty ethers in E stage bleaching effluent.The removal rates of phenol and some other substances exceed 90%.
