无碳复写纸涂料废水的治理研究 被引量:1

摘要 无碳复写纸涂料废水主要含有颜料、微胶囊、酚醛树指、胶黏剂和各种助剂等,该类废水的污染物浓度高、成分复杂,治理难度大。本研究先在实验室采用不同絮凝剂对无碳复写纸涂料废水研究的基础上,选用实验室效果最好方案的同时采用高效废水净化设备对无碳复写纸涂料废水进行现场试验,从不同絮凝剂的用量、停留时间等方面研究对废水治理效果的影响,并得出用高效废水净化设备对无碳复写纸涂料废水治理的最佳工艺是NaOH100mg/L,聚合氯化铝250mg/L,PAM10mg/L,停留时间40~50min,废水的COD去除率达到了90.12%。 Coating effluent of carbonless copy paper consists of pigments,microcapsule,phenolic resin,adhesives and various additives,which is difficult to treat due to high pollutant concentration and complicated composition.Field test was conducted with high efficient effluent purifier,selecting best program,which based on the research of using different flocculants to treat coating wastewater in laboratory,and then the effect of flocculants dosage and residence time on effluent treatment was studied.Optimum process for the high efficient purifier to treat effluent was concluded:the dosages of sodium hydroxide(NaOH),polyaluminium chloride and polyacrylamide(PAM) were 100mg/L,250mg/L and 10mg/L respectively,residence time was 40~50min,removal rate of Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD) in effluent was 90.12%.
