天津服务业发展对策研究

Research on the Development Countermeasures of Tianjin Service Industry

天津服务业发展存在服务业总量规模小，而新兴与现代服务业发展慢；非公有经济不活跃：要素市场建设滞后；城市建设辐射不足，投入相对较低等问题。加快天津市服务业发展要抓住机遇乘势而上；进一步优化服务业资结构、提升现代服务业的服务能级；发挥滨海新区的龙头作用；深化企业制度改革，做大做强服务业企业等。

Tianjin service industry development exists some problems, such as small in scale, low development of new type and modern service industry ; inactive of the non-public-owned economy; lagging behind of factor market; insufficient of urban construction radiation and relatively low in investment. In order to speed up the development of Tianjin service in- dustry ,one must seize the opportunities to quicken one＇s pace; further optimize the investment structure of service industry in Tianjin, improve service level in modern service industry of Tianjin; play the leading role of Binhai New Area; deepen the reform of enterprise system, make service industry and enterprise bigger and stronger, etc.
