摘要 建立了橡胶密封材料压缩永久变形的加速老化模型及其多元双方差回归分析方法,给出了密封性能的回归方程及其高置信水平、高可靠度的单侧置信上限曲线,并建立了可靠贮存寿命、贮存可靠度的计算方法.橡胶密封性能的多元双方差回归模型包含与时间有关的过程自变量和与温度有关的状态自变量,可以将不同温度下的加速老化试验数据作为一个整体进行回归分析,充分利用了不同时刻压缩永久变形间的纵向信息,具有信息量大、精度高且计算简单的特点. The accelerated aging model of rubber seals was established and the multivariate two-variance regression analysis method for the compression set was also put forward. Then the multivariate regression equation and confidence limit curves with high confidence level and high reliability were given, based on which the calculation methods for the reliable storage life and storage reliability were obtained. The sealing performance multivariate two-variance regression model involves two independent variables associated with test time and temperature respectively; thus it can analyze accelerated aging data under different temperatures simultaneously. The presented method exploits the lengthwise information of the compression set among different test times and can solve the problem of reliability assessment with higher precision.
