摘要
利用渐进结构优化法并结合结构效率的概念,提出了一种新型的结构动力学设计思路和一套基于ANSYS平台的优化程序开发技术.其中单目标、多约束优化模型的建立,融入了质量、应力、位移以及频率等动力学设计参数,研究初期阶段只依次对各约束进行了单独处理.相关算例的计算结果表明,在相同条件下,忽略数值不稳定性带来的影响,优化程序得到的最终拓扑、结构进化历程以及参数变化都和已有成果基本一致,由此也验证了设计方法的可行性与程序的可靠性.
A new idea of structural dynamical design and a development technology of optimization program based on ANSYS platform were proposed by using the evolutionary structural optimization method and structural efficiency. A single objective, multi-constraint optimization model was created by incorporating the dynamical design parameters of mass, stress, displacement and frequency; and the constraints were considered separately at the start of the study. The feasibility of this method and reliability of the program were proved by some examples, of which the final topology, evolution and variation of parameters were similar to the previous research under the same conditions and without consideration of influences caused by numerical instability.
