摘要
采用差热分析的实验方法,研究了使用石灰石代替石灰进行硅钙合金冶炼的可能性。实验结果分析表明:成渣反应的反应温度和生成物均不因石灰和硅石配比的不同而改变,起始反应温度均小于406℃;石灰石和硅石的起始反应温度大于730℃,有利于抑制成渣反应的进行。
This passage studies the possibility of replacing lime with limestone during the process of silicocalcium production by the DTA(Differential Thermal Analysis).The results show that different proportion of lime and silica can hardly affect the slag-forming reaction temperature and resultants,the initial reaction temperature is lower than 406℃, the initial reaction temperature of limestone and silica is higher than 730℃,which is benefit for inhibit ing the slagforming reaction.
