复方芪麻胶囊对气虚痰浊型高血压患者左心室质量指数的影响

Effect of Compound Qi Ma Capsule on Left Ventricular Mass Index in Hypertension Patients with Qi Deficiency and Phlegm Turbidity

【目的】探讨复方芪麻胶囊对气虚痰浊型高血压左室肥厚患者左心室质量指数(LVM I)的影响。【方法】将100例气虚痰浊型高血压左室肥厚患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组给予复方芪麻胶囊(主要由黄芪、茯苓、白术、杜仲、天麻、陈皮、法半夏、川芎等药物组成)治疗,对照组给予卡托普利治疗,2组均以6个月为1个疗程。观察2组治疗前后临床症状积分的变化;通过心脏彩超检测治疗前后舒张期室间隔厚度(IVST)、左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)和左室后壁厚度(LVPWT),取其均值,测患者身高、体质量,计算体表面积(BSA),根据公式计算左室心肌质量(LVM)及其指数(LVM I)。【结果】(1)治疗后2组患者的症状积分均有明显降低,与治疗前比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),表明治疗组在改善症状积分方面优于对照组。(2)治疗后2组患者的LVM I均有明显降低,与治疗前比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),表明2组在改善LVM I方面作用相仿。【结论】复方芪麻胶囊能降低气虚痰浊型高血压患者的LVM I,具有一定预防心室重构的作用。

Objective To observe the effect of Compound Qi Ma Capsule（CQMC） on left ventricular mass index（LVMI） in hypertension patients with Qi deficiency and phlegm turbidity.Methods One hundred hypertension patients with Qi deficiency and phlegm turbidity induced by left ventricular hypertrophy were equally randomized into two groups.The treatment group was given CQMC（mainly composed of Radix Astragali,Poria,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Cortex Eucommiae,Rhizoma Gastrodiae,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,etc）,and the control group was given captopril.Six months constituted one treatment course,and the treatment lasted one course.The therapeutic effect on decreasing blood pressure and the changes of symptoms scores were observed.Echocardiography was used to measure the diastolic interventricular septal thickness（IVST）,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter（LVDd） and left ventricular posterior wall thickness（LVPWT）.Body surface area（BSA） was calculated out after the measurement of body height and body weight.And according to the associated formula,left ventricular mass（LVM） and left ventricular mass index（LVMI） were obtained.Results The symptoms scores were decreased in both groups after treatment,and the difference was significant compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）.The decrease of symptoms scores was obvious in the treatment group（P〈0.05）.LVMI was also decreased obviously in both groups after treatment（P〈0.05 compared with that before treatment）,but the difference was insignificant between the two groups（P〉0.05）.It is indicated that the two groups had the similar effect on improving LVMI.Conclusion CQMC decreases LVMI in hypertension patients with Qi deficiency and phlegm turbidity,and shows preventive effect on preventing ventricular reconstruction.
