群己关系是不同社会关系之中居于统摄和支配地位的核心关系,也是社会主义核心价值体系的中心问题。以马克思主义"自由人联合体"理论为指导,扬弃和超越先秦儒家注重中道、和谐的理论向度和思维方式,克服群己关系形上思考的二元对立,构建一种以人为本、中庸和谐、群己兼顾、共生共荣的群己关系和社会秩序,应是指导我们进行社会主义核心价值体系以及和谐社会建设的当务之急。

The relationship between group and individual is the most governing and dominating core relationship among different social relationships and also the key problem of socialist core value system. It should be our top priority in building socialist core value system and a harmonious society that developing the useful and discarding the useless as well as surpassing the theoretical direction and degree and way of thinking of pre-Qin Dynasty which attached importance to the Doctrine of the Mean and harmony, overcoming the metaphysics in contradiction of the binary system on relationship between group and individual, constructing the social order and relationship between group and individual of moderation, harmony, co-existence and common prosperity, putting people first and giving consideration to both group and individual with the guidance of the theory of community of free individuals of Marxism.
