经过十多年的探索,加快转变经济发展方式被确定为重大国家战略,中共十七大之后又在战略的理念和概念、目的和意义、基本要求、重点和主攻方向以及明确战略关键、作出全面部署等方面取得了新的重大发展,落实科学发展观、转变经济发展方式已经成为全党和全国人民的基本共识。加快转变经济发展方式战略,是科学发展观在创造性地回答实现什么样的发展、怎样发展等重大问题的过程中所形成的宝贵成果,它使我们党对中国特色社会主义的认识提高到一个新高度。

In view of a decade-long exploration, it has been our national strategy to speed up restructuring the form of economic development. After the 17th NPC, China has registered new and significant progress in concept, objectives & meanings, basic requirements, main points & key points and overall deployment. It is the consensus to implement scientific outlook on development and restructure economic development forms. The strategy of restructuring the form of economic development is a valuable achievement formed in the process of scientific outlook on development creative and initial answers such major problems as realizing what kind of development and how to develop, which pushed our Party’s understanding of socialism with Chinese characteristics to a higher level.
