SERVQUAL模型在留学服务业中的应用研究

Preliminary Study on the Application of SERVQUAL Model In Study-abroad Service Industry

摘要 结合留学服务业特点,对SERVQUAL原模型进行修正;利用SPSS验证修正后模型的适用性;通过新模型测评目前留学服务业的服务质量。 Based on SERVQUAL model, revise it with the consideration of characteristics of study-abroad service industry and test the adaptability of the revised model and the quality of study-abroad service industry is assessed as well.
