How to improve PE teachers' innovative ability in the present new situation

本文从提高体育教师的创新能力出发,在新时期提出了几点建议:培养体育教师的正确教育观念;提高体育教师的业务能力和敬业精神;给予体育教师良好的创新环境;为体育教师提供创新教育的实践机会;提高体育教师组织比赛和裁判能力。

This article tries to approach the problem of enhancing PE teachers＇ innovative ability in the present new situation and offers several suggestions as on how to do it. The suggestions are, namely, cultivating PE teachers＇ right notion of education, improving their professional capability and dedication, giving them good innovative environment, providing them with chances to practice innovative education, improving their game organizing and referee abilities.
