摘要
教师教育承载着中国教育的未来,师范生的培养是教师教育至为关键的阶段,要在师范生培养内容、过程与保障方面处理好各种复杂的关系,是师范大学必须面对和解决的重要课题。
In a degree the future of Chinese education is based on reforms and developments ot teacher education. The pre-service teacher training is the most important part of teacher education. As main teacher educational institutions, those normal universities should deal well with some important issues, such as the teaching material selection, training process designing, and quality assurance.
