摘要
教师职业压力一直是困扰教育改革的问题之一。近年来,随着我国教育现代化、教育信息化的不断推进,农村地区小学教师开始面临越来越大的职业压力。本文通过对胶东地区农村小学教师职业压力的调查,从职业因素、工作环境、个人因素、社会因素等方面进行了初步探讨,提出主要从经济补偿、正确认识和实施教育改革、完善教师评价机制、加强教师与社会各群体的沟通、建立风险防御机制等方面来缓解农村小学教师职业压力。
The teacher's vocational pressure has always been an issue disturbing educational reforms. With a continual development of educational modernization and informatization in our country in recent years, the rural elementary school teachers are facing greater vocational pressures. Through an investigation on some primary teachers working in the rural area of Jiaodong, this paper makes an exploration of their job pressures from four factors of occupation, working condition, personal state and society, and puts forward some suggestions to relieve their pressures, including economic compensation, improvement of teacher evaluation mechanism, developing their communications with social groups, and establishment of risk aversion mechanism.
