Social Fairness under the Harmonious Society

社会公平,是人类进步的一种价值尺度。构建社会主义和谐社会是中国发展的目标追求,社会公平是和谐社会的支柱,构建和谐社会必须高度重视社会公平。本文阐述了社会公平的科学内涵,分析了和谐社会视域下的社会公平,社会公平是政治关系和谐的保障,是经济关系和谐的基础,文化关系和谐的支柱,是人际关系和谐的前提。我们要积极探索实现社会公平的有效途径,加强制度建设,营造公平环境;正确处理公平与效率、先富与后富的关系;实现文化公平,开创和谐文化;协调利益关系,正确化解矛盾,构建社会主义和谐社会。

The fair society is a kind of value orientation that the society progresses.Building a harmonious society is the aim of China＇s social development,and social equity is the basic premise of building a harmonious society.Constructing the harmonious society must pay close attention to the society fairness.This paper describes the scientific content of social fairness and analyzes social fairness under the harmonious society.Social fairness is the basis and backbone of political,economic,cultural and interpersonal relations harmony.We should explore effective ways to achieve social fairness actively.Strengthen the institution construction and create the fair environment;handle the relationship between fairness and efficiency,rich former and latter correctly;make sure cultural fair and create harmonious culture;coordinate interests of different sectors and resolve conflicts properly,building a harmonious society.
