在后危机时代,低碳金融逐渐成为抢占低碳经济至高点的关键,这将对全球经济与金融格局产生广泛而深远的影响,低碳经济的发展模式已被普遍认可,各国都在通过多种途径努力发展低碳经济。本文探讨了当前我国的金融体系在支持低碳经济发展中存在的问题,并从金融机构和政府的政策、责任等方面提出了构建低碳金融体系的相应建议。

In the post-crisis era,carbon finance has become the key to seize the highest point of low carbon economy,which would make an extensive and far-reaching infulence on generaing global economic and financial situation.Now the model of low-carbon economic has been generally recognized by many countries,so they are trying to develope low carbon economy through all kinds of ways.This paper discusses the financial system＇s problems and puts forward suggestions of building an effective low carbon financial system from financial institutions and government,such as their policies,responsibilities and so on.
