Power and the Construction of Translator's Culture Identity

译者文化身份的构建是译者相关研究的重要组成部分。从权力的角度就这一问题展开讨论,会发现权力和译者文化身份的构建是密不可分的。一方面,权力决定着译者文化身份构建的原因、过程和结果;另一方面,译者的文化身份又借助翻译反作用于权力。此项研究意在唤醒人们构建文化身份的意识,以促进文化更好的交流和发展。

Concerning the research of translators,the construction of their culture identity is a crucial part.Thus,a discussion pertaining to this problem is intended to carry out from the perspective of power.The conclusion shows that there is a close relationship between power and the construction of translator＇s identity.On the one hand,power decides the causes,process and effects of the construction.On the other hand,translator＇s culture identity can also influence power with the help of translation.The purpose of this study is to promote the communication and development of culture by arousing people＇s awareness of the construction of their culture identity.
