Reflections on the Approaches to Improving Teaching Quality of Higher Vocational Education

主要从4个方面对提高高等职业教育教师教学质量的途径和方法进行探讨:一是认真学习高等职业教育的文件政策,熟悉高等职业教育的教学规律;二是与时俱进,树立先进的高职教育理念;三是实事求是,忠于职守,坚持认真负责的教学态度;四是勇于创新,钻研教学艺术,形成高职教育的教学风格。

The paper mainly probed into the approaches and methods of improving the teaching quality of higher vocational education from four aspects： studying documents and policies about higher vocational education and familiar with the teaching rules;keeping up with the times and establishing advanced teaching philosophy;seeking truth from facts,loyal to duty,sticking to serious teaching attitude;active in innovation,studying teaching art and forming teaching style with features of higher vocational education.
